It's taken Levi a while, but it seems that he finally has the whole 'smile for the camera thing'. Although, most times it comes with this cute little twist of the head, which is just adorable.
The kids caught a bit of a cold a few days ago, so it's been a snot factory around here. You know, I never realized how expensive kleenex was until there were three mucous pouring noses to attend to numerous times during the day. Sorry for the snot shot, but I'm just keepin' it real.
Levi has had this bear in his room for quite some time and has never really shown much interest in it. Yesterday Mr. Bear came to life. He needed a diaper change, he was thirsty, and enjoyed reading books. I'm excited to see where this will go. Sure to bring some very cute moments ahead.
This week I put together some baskets with a few junebugs products for a silent auction. The great McLellan adventure is a fundraising event for a family in need of installing a wheelchair lift system for their van. One basket contains a 'tech package' (ipod & ipad cover and $25 itunes card), the other basket contains a 'new mother package' (Nursing cover, toy rattle giraffe, crayon wallet, fabric cuff bracelet and $25 babies r us gift card). Consider supporting them on June 2 by attending the fundraising event.
Sewing table update: Here is a new custom project that I put together for a client. It's a crochet hook case. She wanted something to be able to keep a few hooks and a pair of small scissors on hand in her bag. This is a great way to keep all her hooks and supplies organized and easy to find and pull out of her bag.
One random comment on this post will be selected to win a crochet hook case. Winner will be announced Friday May 25th.
We're a snot factory too :) Makes for a cute photo anyways!
ReplyDeleteBoy that crochet case is gorgeous! Your talents never end:) love the tie closure. Enjoy your long weekend!
